Integrated CNC Solution for Enamelled Copper Wire Forming
The enamelled copper wire bending machine integrates mechanical stripping and multi-axis CNC bending into one automated system. The machine processes coil-fed enamelled copper wire directly without pre-cutting or offline stripping.
Online servo-controlled stripping removes insulation at selected positions, followed immediately by 2D or 3D bending forming. Different products can be switched by program without changing molds.
Main Processing Flow
Wire Feeding → Straightening → Servo Feeding → Mechanical Enamel Stripping → Dust Collection → CNC Bending → Cutting → Finished Product Collection
Optional functions: Online wire diameter inspection, surface defect detection, vision inspection, insulation testing, automatic tray loading.

1. Wire Payoff System
Servo or passive payoff system with tension control to prevent wire tangling and ensure stable feeding.
2. Precision Straightening Unit
Multi-roller straightening system removes wire memory stress and improves forming accuracy.
Suitable wire range: φ1.0–φ4.0 mm enamelled copper wire.
3. Mechanical Enamel Stripping Unit
Servo-controlled stripping removes enamel coating only at programmed positions and lengths.
Stripping methods:
- Rotary stripping head for round wire
- V-type scraper blade for flat wire and larger diameters
Closed dust collection system keeps the workshop clean.

Finished products are automatically collected into trays or connected to robotic unloading systems.
